1. Service Overview

Aitrex ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered voice agent services that handle inbound and outbound phone calls on behalf of your business. Our platform includes a client dashboard for monitoring call activity, managing agents, and tracking billing.

2. Call Recording & Analysis

All voice conversations handled by our AI agents are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed. This includes caller information, call duration, transcripts, sentiment analysis, and any data provided by callers during the conversation. Recordings are stored securely and accessible through your dashboard.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent from callers. We recommend configuring your agent's greeting to include a recording disclosure where required by law.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your plan includes a fixed monthly platform fee and per-minute usage charges for voice agent calls. Specific rates are set during onboarding and visible in your dashboard.

  • Billing is processed automatically via Stripe on a monthly cycle.
  • Usage charges are calculated based on call duration, rounded up to the nearest minute.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your AI agent.
  • You can manage your payment method and view invoices through the billing section of your dashboard.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data and any customer data collected through our voice agents. We process this data solely to provide the service and do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Make unsolicited robocalls or spam calls in violation of applicable telemarketing laws.
  • Collect sensitive personal information (SSN, credit card numbers, health data) via voice agents without appropriate safeguards.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our platform depends on third-party providers including telephony and AI inference services. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and call data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted. Outstanding usage charges remain payable.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
