  • Voice call data — recordings, transcripts, call duration, caller information shared during conversations, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated call summaries.
  • Usage data — call volume, minutes used, agent performance metrics, and billing history.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information when accessing the dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the AI voice agent service.
  • To process billing and payments.
  • To generate call analytics and performance reports in your dashboard.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, call notifications).
  • To improve our AI agents and service quality.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

  • Retell AI — voice agent infrastructure, call handling, recording, and transcription.
  • Supabase — database hosting and user authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
  • Sentry — error tracking and application monitoring.

4. Call Recording Disclosure

All voice conversations handled by our AI agents are recorded and stored. Recordings include the full audio of each call, automated transcriptions, and AI-generated analysis. These recordings are accessible to you through your dashboard and are retained as described in Section 6.

You are responsible for ensuring that callers are informed about call recording in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication, rate limiting, input validation, and role-based access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, call recordings, transcripts, and usage records for the duration of your subscription. After account termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and your callers.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Export your call data and transcripts.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are set without your consent.
